What I offer

Four ways I can help

NDIS Personal Training

One-on-one sessions at home or in the community, built around each person's abilities, interests and goals. I take the time to get to know the participant first, then adapt each session to how they are going on the day.

Sessions are usually booked for an hour, with 30, 45 or 60 minutes of structured exercise depending on the person.

Movement Skills and Coordination

Body awareness, coordination and confidence in movement. I draw on my background in dance, including study in psychology, biomechanics, nutrition and dance therapy.

Community Participation

Getting out and active together: walks, local parks, swimming and other activities, especially in the school holidays.

Private Personal Training

Not on the NDIS? Personal training is also available privately. Get in touch to talk through your goals.

Funding and pricing are explained in the questions and answers.

Who I help

Movement that fits the person, not the other way around

I work with children, teenagers and adults with disability and a wide range of support needs, including physical, developmental, neurological and psychosocial.

Some participants are building coordination or mobility. Others are working on confidence, communication, or simply taking part in exercise when traditional gyms haven't worked for them.

I adapt every session to the person's age, abilities, interests and communication style, and focus on getting to know them first.

What families notice

Progress looks different for everyone

One participant needed a lot of encouragement to take part at first. Over time they've become more confident, more willing to join in, and now take ownership of parts of their own sessions.

Another has made big gains in strength and can now keep up with many of the exercises, with real consistency and a drive to keep pushing further.

Progress isn't always measured by how much someone can lift. Sometimes it's the confidence to try something that used to feel too hard.
