This website belongs to Kerri-Lee Bonnelle, trading as Bonnelle Wellness Collective (ABN 64 832 168 031). This page explains what happens to the details you send through it.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number and email (if you give one), the participant's first name and age, your suburb, how the NDIS plan is managed, what you are hoping to get out of training, anything else you choose to share, and the best time to call. Please don't include medical details. They aren't needed to start a conversation.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and talk about whether personal training is the right fit. We don't use your details for anything else and we don't sell or share them for marketing.

Who can see it

Kerri. Enquiries are received and stored by the website's form service (Netlify) and are emailed to Kerri's business email account (Google). Both are commercial services that may store data on servers outside Australia.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to respond and, if you become a participant, to provide the service. If you don't go ahead, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Other services this website uses

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts and shows a map from Google Maps. Google may receive your IP address when those load.

We count visits to this website using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't build a profile of you. It records things like which pages were viewed and the general country, device and browser, so we can see which pages are useful.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by calling 0404 958 199 or sending a message through the enquiry form. If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
